Oh and I think I might have bought a new house!! Found some bitchin property/house about 2 miles away from my current location and it has 2 full acres of land!! Super stoked, put in the offer and now in escrow, so I'm hoping it all works out.

Soon I should have the space to take on much more work since I will have TONS of space and a full size shop as soon as I can build it!! Im not counting my chickens yet, but I am praying it all goes smoothly! Its so tough to work in the place I have now since Im fairly limited in space and dont have a lot of room for extra vehicles. Man I hope this all works out, I NEED IT!!!:fingerscrossed:

Good luck Jason! Is this the property your wife mentioned the day you were wiring up my Rigid back up lights? How is the main structure as far as condition? Stoked for you if it works out!

Nope, its a much larger lot but the house needs more TLC, but 2 story home with 1300sqf. LOTS of land though! Thank you! Super stoked yet nervous a bit as well..

Thanks, I was looking at renst for what I need and it was more than mortgage was (minus the downpay and fees) however I AM the landlord.
Or I should say Im hoping to be unless an act of god intervenes!
I've been renting for almost 15 years in the same spot, I think I bought this place for the landlord, haha! Yeah total waste, but had a roof over my head and could work from home so still not a horrible gig.

I may have to build a little turn track and a step up, the property has multiple tiers....:bikewheelie:

Anyone here drive for Uber or Lyft? I'm signing up for UberEats right now, figured it's better to deliver food than deal with negative riders.

Do the math carefully, I use Uber Eats a few times a week and was thinking about this the other day... they only charge a $6 fee for the delivery - how much of that does the driver get ? Even if the driver gets all of the $6 - A gallon of gas is $3 and a Tacoma only gets 15 mpg max ...so, how much do you actually net per delivery ? and how many deliveries will you actually make per hour ? It seems like best case scenario you are only going to make 2 deliveries per hour at $3-$4 per delivery net = $6-$8 per hour net... you might as well get a part time job somewhere

Happens to me too. I've seen a MGM 2nd gen with all pro front and rear bumpers multiple times, but obviously couldn't get a picture. Driver probably thought I was some lunatic riding next to his truck and staring
