I love pits! My buddy has an American bully named chewy, and he's the best dog ever (second to tony of course).
They do look kinda demon-y. Plus his eyes get bloodshot from staying awake for too long and he looks like a demon.

Damn am I glad I'm not a home owner right now. I had a feeling the AC was low on refrigerant because it was struggling to cool the house, and "cool" was flashing on the thermostat.

AC guy is here right now, and it was indeed low at $145 a lb for refrigerant because it's the old style that's getting phased out. The system has a leak somewhere and they're not allowed to fix it.

So 2-4 lbs plus labor and this band aid fix is costing my landlords ~$500-600. NO THANKS.

If their mortgage is in the hundreds I'd be impressed. I get what you're saying though. They're gonna have to get a new AC unit in the near future, which is around $6-10k according to the AC guy. That's not cheap no matter how you slice it.

I'm paying $2,300 a month for this place, which is comparable for the area. Unless there's some mass collusion going on, theirs has got to be like $1,500 if I had to guess. And that really is a wild ass guess.

It's the area man! It's expensive as hell. Luckily the military gives both my wife and I a housing allowance that is based on area, so we're covered.

Yeah....true. Have a friend in the VA/DC area and when he comes here he laughs at how "cheap" the houses are selling for.
