Never in a million years will Kid A get his lollipop taken, all I'm asking is for Kid A to not take advantage of the situation, calling it by a different name, etc, using it a different way, etc. Kid A needs "patience" in his vocabulary.

No one kisses butts, I still don't understand what the problem is with submitting your paperwork? What's the fear?

I don't know how many times I've said I don't like the ATF, but I'm still going to follow the rule because it makes sense...

No fear from me, however I dislike it because the SBR/SBS tax is the equivelant to having to pay an additional tax on a car because it handles better than a car larger than it.

The suppressor tax is the equivelant of paying an extra tax to have mufflers installed on a vehicle.

Follow the rule because the rule makes sense? Or follow the rule because following the rule makes sense?
I agree with the latter, I'm not stupid enough to commit a felony, however I don't agree with the rule that makes it a felony.

SBR/SBS/HM Silencer should be, suppressor tax is BS, hoping we get HPA soon. I'm following the rule because the rule makes sense. There are millions of possibilities of how things could play out and having some type of prerequisite is fine to have. It has helped, people have been saved. If it works somewhat, then it works. Nothing is perfect.

The right to keep and bear lollipops was expressly granted as protection against Mom beating us to death with her much larger and virtually unlimited supply of lollipops.
Mom knowing about every lollipop in the house, and who has them, is step number 1 in confiscating all the lollipops and subjecting each of us kids to Mom's tyrannical rule.
There isn't even supposed to be a mom.
"Of, by, and for" the kids. Remember?

We should stop screaming for mom to solve all of our problems because it won't turn out well for any of us.

$200 ain't that much, I've said the same thing before but $200 is nothing compared to what it could be.

I don't want to submit any paperwork or pay a government fee. I can travel to I think 9 states (maybe more) with my pistol no questions or paperwork necessary. I can do everything with my pistol that you can with your SBR. For me, it's a no-brainer.

I never scream to mom because she's slowly dying, can't hear me well either. Some think we have a Mom, I think we have an Aunt who tests her boundaries and we put Aunty back into her rightful spot most of the time. There are problems, but there will always be problems. I still don't understand how the thought of "Mom" controlling you is a problem. Mom may know where the lollipops are but if mom wanted to take them, she would have taken them by now.
    Edit: not controlling per say

You can, but you whined your way into it, just as I am doing now against it.

I didn't whine about anything. I bought the brace when it first came out and was perfectly OK to shoulder. People whined, as you put it, because the ATF later changed their position about shouldering saying, "if you shoulder a brace, you have converted your pistol into an SBR". People questioned this "conversion", again you call it whining, and the ATF again changed its position realizing their position wasn't valid.

Sorry if I turned it towards you, When I said you, I meant as a whole. The brace and blade were never intended to be used as "you all" do now. Someone took advantage and people jumped on the bandwagon like always. Understandable, I don't think we're getting anywhere though.

The frisbee was originally used as a pie pan...should kids not play with them now?

Just a question, aren't Mods supposed to keep personal views out of any conversation? If you are, don't mind me, just asking.

I've heard that over and over again, but to compare a weapon to a pie pan/frisbee is out of this world crazy. They are in two different categories. One can kill with ease, the other would take a couple minutes to kill if thats all I had...
Why do we have to compare them? If mass killers were using chainsaws, it would be a different story, a different approach to solving the situation at hand.

    ...:rolleyes::rofl:

Can we stay on topic though, unless were all finished. This was meant as a conversation and I got all the info I needed out of it. So much better to talk it out than to "fight" it out.
