Upgrading stereo

Ideally I would be able to use Google Maps or at least Apple Maps. Google Maps has all my waypoints already.

 

If that's the case, save yourself the $$ and get the 9903 model. No integrated nav, but you can use your Apple maps.

That 9903 looks good. Will any of these work with the display above the steering wheel?

 

I'm pretty sure they do as long as you use the IDatalink Maestro. If you call Crutchfield, they're usually pretty good at telling you what will and won't work.

 

I put the Kenwood DNN992 in my FJ and love it. I have the JBL in my Tacoma and really like it. If I were to upgrade it I would go with the Kenwood. It also allows room for RCA sub inputs, dual cameras, wi-fi, and Garmin navigation. I paid over a $1,000 for the unit several years ago but I have seen them in the $500's lately.

JL 10TW3-D8 X 2 tuned to 31.33
Built my own back in the day but lazy now lol

What does this do the the lcd in your dash cluster?
