Strange Engine Noise and Intermittent Rough Idle

My truck's engine started making a new noise pretty recently and I'm not sure what to make of it. It's kind of a soft sputter, and on warmup I can smell gas near the back of the engine/wheel weels but am not finding any leaks. It's not throwing any codes, and while the engine runs fine for the most part, the idle is intermittently rough at stop lights.

It's a 2005 4.0L V6 with 170k miles. It had lots of work done last December including: new head gaskets, rebuilt heads, new water pump, new upstream O2 sensors, and some other things I can't remember atm. It has been very hot here lately, usually in the 90's or 100's during the day, but the engine still makes the noise in the evening after it cools down. Gas mileage is the same as it's always been (I think, I've been doing city/traffic and canyon driving so it's hard to say) and I cleaned the MAP sensor but didn't notice any difference. Any ideas?

I took some videos with audio so you can hear it. It's a bit faint but it's there. There is also a strange rattle in the second video that I didn't notice until I was filming.

 

Dude, mine's doing the same shit! But not always, but when it does, it's like my exhaust is louder...I've noitced when it's "running right" I can hear the intake more. I don't know it's weird, also noticed it's way better at open throttle and certain things effect it, fog lights on, window lock switch, door open, radio on, ac or heater on, compass on or off....different combinations of electronics will make it misfire or whatever it's doing. Does your steering seem different too? Mine seems like if I jerk it, I'm going to roll that shit...And suspension seems lower too...Weird shit. lmk if you diagnose it.
