I like how those side bars look. I've been wanting to see how they look on an Access Cab. I want to put some on mine as well. Also digging the LED bed lights.

Not something I have done yet but something I purchased and picked up today!!!!

Onboard Pressurized Water System - Thanks to @ProForce

    IMG_6330.jpg

The product. This kit consists of a 12V diaphragm water pump commonly found in RV's and Boats. The pump is small enough to to be mounted inside the Bed of the Truck Storage Compartment and still have enough room to store my Custom 25 ft Hose, Spray Nozzle, and Pickup Line when it's not in use.

    New Kit Upgrades.
    • 3/8" Intake Hose
    • Wire Harness fully enclosed in Protective Wire Loom
    • Misc. Hardware such as: Hose Clamps, Zip Ties, Inline Fuse, and Self-Tapping Screws
Common Uses. This kit will be used for Camping Dishes and Showers. Rinsing off Mountian Bikes, Dirty Boots, or other Gear before packing up. Rinsing your Face and Hands after a Hike or Jog. Rinsing yourself off or even Dogs in a Shower after a long day while Camping, Going to the Beach, or Playing in the Park. Drinking Water. Anything else where Pressurized Water may be found useful.

All components are pre-assembled for easy installation and includes pipe tape on all connections to avoid leaks in the system.

Examples of the Kit fully Installed by other TW Members.

Can't be the OEM rails, could it? The OEM ones has a very light footprint and is designed with aerodynamics and noise consideration.

I had a question about Dakar and OME rear leaf springs. Why do folks change their stock ones to these ? I guess what I am asking is, how is it different from the factory ones. I mean, they are just metal leaf springs after all, aren't they?. How much difference in feel and performance can they be? I haven't seen a picture of OEM vs Dakar next to each other, but they seemed identical to me. Please educate me.

Looks like a fiskars X25 or X27 from home depot. Both come with the plastic cover that slides on the back side(which you see in his pics). Only real difference between the two is length and weight.

The Dynapad is for the floor only because of its weight but it does a great job eliminating the road noise from the floor because of its weight. Since you are going to be adding a roof rack it would be nice to do the roof as well. For the roof I used a Dynamat door pack which contains 12 square feet and this covered almost 100% of the exposed roof with a little left over for the cross members which really did not need it because they were acoustically separated from the roof. Hope this helps.

Debadged her, tinted (35% all the way around...VA legal is 50% so I figured I'd test the waters first before going darker on the fronts), black bedside decals. Thinking about getting rid of the Predators and picking up some sliders soon....wheels and tires are next though.my tacoma.jpg

Ordered it all as one kit from @ProForce but I'm sure like a homedepot or maybe lowes may have one. If not, I'd reach out to him

Yeah, I ordered my kit from @ProForce too, but just didn't know what length of hose it came with. It looked like in your pic, that your kit came with both a yellow and an orange hose, so I was wondering if you added to his kit with an additional hose of your own. If that makes sense...

BTW, if anyone is interested in this kit, he only has 4 kits left and won't be doing another round until there is a significant amount of interest is generated in another round, since he orders parts for 30 kits at a time. The members here that have his kits swear by them and many claim that it was their best mod. If this kit is on your list, this is the time to order!

No. Didn't add to it with my own. Added $6 for the 25 foot Hose. @ProForce was amazing to work with on this purchase!

My build page has more pics of what all is included if you or anyone else is interested as well as his thread.

    I have tried the X25 and X27....

    My opinion.... Husqvarna S2800 > fiskars X27 > fiskars X25.

That being said... The X27 is hard to beat for the price!!

All that being said...... These are splitting axes... For off road uses maybe a felling axe would be more useful??

Just thinking out loud... But I'm not often splitting firewood while off roading.... but do occasionally have a tree in my way... And I'd much rather use a felling axe to down a tree than a splitting axe.

I bought some silicone Honor Eternity Rings for my stereo knobs from Amazon. I Highly recommend this product. I ordered a size 14, a bit too big. I recommend getting size 13. As you can see in the picture, they don't add much depth to the knobs, but they do add grip which does help. Just another alternative to the Hondo knobs.

For all you Cement owners, I ordered the Space Grey color and it is almost spot on if you're looking to match the exterior!
