yeah I work a couple miles from the water treatment plant and I'm right down the road from meowmix so poop and wet cat food most days

 

sounds....appetizing..

 

I was in Decatur yesterday, it just smelled dirty to me ha

 

it is haha, and what blows my mind is there are people that live here and don't own guns. if you aren't in the target parking lot, you are in the bad part of Decatur. a year or two ago I heard a helicopter fly over the warehouse and when I came into the office they said it was med flight getting a gun shot victim over near point mallard. it was like 10 am, there is no way I could sleep at night here without a gun. I try my best to minimize my time here

Well it's official, I now work for Uniti Fiber. This transition stuff sucks for people like me who do not like change...

 

Is it just a company name change? or complete company/job change?

 

We were bought by Uniti Fiber so there is no longer a southern light. So far nothing has changed in my job but just trying to switch over the emails has been a pita! It's going to be a lot different because we were privately owned and now we are a public company. I sure there will be rules and stuff now...

well keep an eye on it. not in a major hurry to sell right now, keeping an eye on an alternative that will solve my issues. depending on what the alternative comes out to be, I'd make damn good deal to one of you (equal to cost of the alternative)
