I really just had to measure it out is all. More time consuming than anything else.
My ocd wants holes for wire routing where they'll land on the panel buses and I don't wanna hack out the notch for clutch/brake resi with a grinder. Planning to use our metal worker machine at work for that, might even stamp a few holes in it if it's capable

Looks legit. What's the difference in the breakers? You have one with a yellow reset handle. Deeds and I ordered the one with the black reset handle.

Bigger. Stock batt cables are 2 gauge, .25" diameter of the copper itself.
I can pilfer my cousin's stash and see what he has that's flex, stranded would be too stiff

I made mine out of lexan. The panel size that i bought was the perfect size. I just had to cut the pattern for it to fit where i wanted. I recommend working with lexan, it's super easy to modify and drill.
not sure, maybe a design update? I've had this one since 2014

Almost 60-something man with bad back, 2 bad knees, and a really bad attitude.....Did front/rear removal, gear swap, and re-install without any help in just shy of 9 hours. Worked my ass off, and damn near couldn't walk the next day, but with diff exchange (not doing own gear swap) this should be a flippin' breeze.
