    Haha. I'm going to be a few months removing rivets. There are four impossible ones. I've been doing two of them for the last hour or so. I still don't even have the heads off. :mad::mad::mad:

    I about to post it for sale!

    What rivets can you not get off? If under the bed, just unbolt and block it up a bit to allow more room.

    It's the ones that are inside the front spring hanger. So you can't cut them. I had to drill through them in about six different sizes and then chisel the head off. Finally got them off. One left and I'm done. That one is so in there I can't even get an outline of it to show up. If any of the other holes lined up I'd just drill it with the bracket installed. But it's too late so I'm stopping (I don't like making noise after 830ish) . I'm going to have to drop the gas tank to get to the spring hanger bolts. I kind of didn't want to do that.

    On another note none of the holes for this bracket line up. The rear hangers at least one lined up.

    But on a positive note. Out of this entire project something actually fit!! Huge thanks to @downhillbik3r for doing a stellar job measuring. I was out of town so he measured his truck for me.

    Oh! One that is hilarious...after hammering one of those underside rivets out there was a bracket right above the hole a bolt needed to go through. I thought I might have to completely remove the tank to cut this bracket off. One thing after another!!

    Turns out it was loose. Sweet! After moving it back and forth trying to get it out I realized it was a wrench that got stuck in there when I installed my sliders. I pulled it out and have room now.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Did you already weld on you alignment tabs? If not would you be able to trace them on cardboard so I can copy them? I'm cheap. Lol
    Build looks awesome man, I'm learning from you.

    Haha. Yep. Already installed. For their cost and what they are it would probably be easier to just buy them. It would save a bunch of time measuring.

    Ya I might get em. I've welded mine up pretty good as I had previously destroyed them, but with LT and my bad driving I might need stronger.
    i have access to a tubing bender what I really need is access to someone who knows how to use it.

    A cheapo one. Chicago electric 110v. I've had it for about 10-15 years. It's built "race cars", off road buggies, and soon a LT Tacoma.

    Well. Drilling is complete. I'm going to throw my drills away. I never want to drill another hole again.

    If I would have remember to clean off the axle tubes for welding it would been under its own weight. So close!! And my u bolts are too big for the plates. So I have to either go buy one of those Christmas tree bits or hog out the holes somehow.

    Could you throw them in a box and send them my way? You could still urinate on them if you want.

    Yeah sure. Just pay the shipping. I won't urinate on them if you want them.

    They are in good condition. With the exception of one of the front hangers. In the process of trying to cut th rivet off I cut most of the topmost mounting hole off.
