Install was a breeze, I didn't have to remove anything. There isn't much play room because of the heat sink, but you can get them in there using the right angles.

The low beams are great the projectors keep the beam right below rear windshield on most cars including some compact sedans. So I'm not blinding them through their rear view mirror. The fogs nobody has bright light me yet, but it does give an overcast I've considered applying some black shade/eyelids on the top half similar to some combat vehicles to direct most light to the bottom.

Mine do. My set is kind of pieced together now.. I originally bought the $19.95 kit from Amazon linked below in "Products discussed.." area. Everything still works minus one of the Map lights, started flickering pretty bad a few weeks after purchase. I replaced both Map lights with some from Diode Dynamics and they've been great since. All of em dim just fine now, pretty sure my original kit Map light was just a dud.

This thread has grown from the initial and it seems like this is what I've gathered:
    1) lo beam has the right amount of output but the distance that the LED bulbs "throw" is lackluster even compared to stock halogens. But I have seen from youtube that because the way these bulbs are keyed you can potentially put them in the wrong orientation and the resultant light output becomes scattered and useless. Perhaps this might have been the case with some of the members that have tried the LO beam bulbs and were unhappy and returned them. Bulb style is varied as with the price differences. Consensus seems to veer away from the onboard style with the fans as offroading etc can cause them to fail (no evidence substantiating this claim)
    2) hi beam similar to the above
    3) Map lights - the model suggested by the OP seems to be working well for everyone. The trick for installing if you dont want to use the tape method of pulling the bulb out is simply pulling down on the overhead console to get the whole assembly out.
    4) Vanity lights - those LED's are good no issues there
    5) Turn signal (front and rear). This is where I've read that the OP didn't have hyperflashing issues while other have. Somewhere buried in the 24 pages of postings someone mentioned that the cause of this might be due to these bulbs being 4 poles? So the verdict is still out on whether the bulbs listed are working or causes hyperflashing. I noticed also that no one has posted installing an in-line resistor to resolve this, or they have and didn't post.
    6) Brake light in the tailight - no issues w/ the suggested bulb
    7) Reverse light - no issues there either; other than it being a tight fit and some experienced having difficulties with getting it to stay
    8) License plate lights - no issues other than the act of getting the light assembly out

Thanks. Very useful thread. Was able to change out all interior, reverse, brake/tail, and license plate lights in less than 45 min.

I like them. A little different at first. It almost felt like needed to adjust the headlights up a little. Crisp light. I like how the lights match the DRL lights now. Plus match my pro fogs. I really need to get pictures posted. A lot of members are curious. I ordered the bright light GT3's and should be here on Monday.

Anyone find any good LED turnsignal builbs that do not need that resistor added to your wiring. Would like to find some in the bulb as not to splice in to my wiring.

I find that diode dynamic sells the relay designed for LED but it was only for 2nd green not sure if the same relay works for 34rd gen

And their one write up states you need to use the resistor on our vehicles. Just can't believe in this day in age we are not using them in all applications, Toyota seems to be behind the othe manufactures in this area.

I know, if you look though the Honda, Toyota and Nissan took forever to incorporate LED in their cars many years after the other manufactures included them. I mean the Corolla had fill LED lighting package now, yet a 40k truck doesn't.

They're just slow, it's akin to Apple doing little upgrades year over year instead of a huge updates.

I was wondering if your gen 3 led high beams were also 12-24 volt or were they the 6-18 volt. I got my high beams and they were 6-18 volt. Different from my low beams. 12-24. Let me know. I have to wait till Monday to call headlight Revolution. Thanks

I've converted all my interior, reverse and license plate lights to Sylvania Zevo led's. They turned out great!

Tonight, I will be re-keying my low beams from the Original post, but right now they are useless and do not illuminate anything. I just want some good output LEDs that fit the low beams without any cutting or removing head light assemblies.
