Also, please remind me to NEVER have renters again, ever. They wrecked the place. Need to paint, fix the kitchen sink, new carpet, new appliances, get the ac checked (i think its clogged with dirt), bathroom fixtures are all rusty, list goes on and on...

Yeah I would never buy a modded vehicle. I love adding the mods one piece at a time and actually installing them myself when I'm able.

No, its a bit of a dump right now. Moved all my stuff over this morning, only to realize how bad everything is at the moment. Carpet and appliances wont be delivered and installed till the 22nd, and kitchen sink needs fixing. I have a cleaning company coming out monday, but will probably stay with my buddy for another week or so, working on the house in the afternoons and weekends till i can get it looking ok.

Which part did you get? I got the same knob (PTR57-34140) but it doesn't sit as high. The silver piece at the bottom is not as long as yours is. I used a few nuts to raise it a little bit. Didn't have to do any drilling.

I did light racing, only reason was it was a balljoint vs a uniball. Havent installed them because they havent shown up yet. Just my 2 cents

You are comparing apples to oranges. Light Racing is a ball joint. It has less maintenance than a Uniball which the others are. But LR is cheaper

I never really understood what the benefit of a uniball was. Thoughts?

Hence why I said tell me what makes one better than the other. So do the ball joints last longer than the uniballs?

Looks like it adds a little articulation, and possibly more strength, but requires more maintenance (cleaning, greasing etc.)
