Got confused/frustrated about which lift kit I want to go with so I bought a Pro Grill instead. I still want the lift, but will have to harness some more energy to figure out the difference between all the options. Also was going to buy a Prinsu rack today but didn't feel like weeding through the 300 pages on that topic to see what people actually thought of them. Tacomas are hard.

    Welcome.
If you decide to build your truck into what you're speaking of about and so on maybe aftermarket bumpers then you don't want to go with the the basic setup you're going to want to go for something like stage 2 Kings, springs, rear leafs and more depending on what you want to do, not icons because they're customer support sucks ass.

Second of all if you're going to drop that kind of money then you definitely need to do a lot of research as it seems you already have do some more it ain't going to hurt.

 for the 4x4 already on a good path!
    Good luck!

Do you need to know, or care?
Did you buy the m/c tires? Or did it get too confusing and too many options?

Tacomas aren't hard. Reading the threads and trying to keep up with the rest of the members is the hard part. Do what you want or need with your vehicle. It's all about what works best for you, not what other members think you need or recommend for their needs.
