    I had flashing brake lights on my Honda Goldwings. Need all the attention you can get on a cycle, you know. I also had modulating headlights, legal in all 50 states. I found a modulator for cycles at a garage sale for $1, and installed it on my topper brake light. IIRC, it flashes three times, then goes solid for a bit, then 3 flashes again, then solid. Topper has led lights. I happened on a good deal.
