Holy fack... doing a little house shopping and came across one off 64th st and cactus that ticks all the boxes and even includes a 4 bay, 3000 square foot shop out back.. I kinda might just have to make this happen and have an official aztw workshop!

Dude, it's sick! The house is awesome and has a 2 car garage and is fully remodeled. The shop is a blank slate. Only thing it doesn't have is a pool, which doesn't break my heart. Don't use the one I have now anyway

That's what im saying. Can have the cars and a small tool box in the garage and then do whatever I want in the detached shop. Hell, tall enough ceilings I could even get a lift or two and still have tons of room for whatever else.. Having my realtor arrange a showing. Price is a bit higher than I'd ideally like to spend, and the house is honestly more than I need so I definitely need to think and be practical, especially considering I'm planning on going off the grid for 3 months and doing a big road trip.

Got the frame all painted up today and got the bumper pulled off the truck for the last time and painted it up as well. A little more left to see if my flare idea works.. And paint the bottom 1/8" of the bed side to keep that paint from peeling. Benefit of doing this all at 2pm was that the bedliner was dry in less than an hour. Lol

Probably something to do with the fires. I was coming down in that shit around 4 and the smoke was THICK from north of sunset point all the way to New River... were you by chance towing a side by side near Flag today? If so I passed you around 9 in an mgm 3rd gen with bikes on the back..

Also, who has a big air compressor with am air hammer? I got some bumps I need to install and my compressor won't cut it

64th street and cactus. Asking price is 560k but it's been on the market for a while.. you buy it so I don't have to! More than enough room for all your toys

I was headed threw sunset point around 2pm and most of the smoke seemed to North of the fire. Couldn't see the fire from the highway at that time. Was coming back southbound threw sunset point around 8pm and the fire has made it way closer to the 17 and is now visible, id say only a couple miles off the highway. It's definitely a decent sized fire. Heres an article on it. Tomorrow the 17 is gonna be a mess I won't be surprised if they shut it down.
    http://www.abc15.com/news/state/fire-sparks-near-tonto-national-forest-east-of-sunset-point

No that wasn't me, never made it to flag
    today.

Edit: They are saying it's up to 36,000 acres burned since Friday when it started.

Since he didn't tell you it was a wreck, I will. Saw it while going north.

Not a surprise. Pretty much a standard occurrence every weekend. Such a pain in the ass
