    About two months until my wedding and I've actually prepped out my macros and meals. I've never really kept a strict meal plan so I'm interested to see where it goes. I'm at about 220lbs now and if I got down to 210-212 I'd be happy. Any lighter and i think my lifts would suffer to much.

    Basically comes down to:

    3 eggs
    1/2cup triple zero yogurt
    1/4 cup protein granola

    1 bannana
    1 rice cake
    2 tbsp pb


    X3
    5oz chicken
    1 cup brown rice
    2 tbsp salsa
    1tbsp plain Greek yogurt

    1serving oatmeal
    2 tbsp pb fit

    1cup skim milk
    1 scoop on whey

    Also whatever spinach and veggies I want to eat. (Not factored in to macros)

    Comes out to about 2800 calls
    300 carbs
    73 fats
    250 protein
