Finally!
Been a Law and Order CI marathon today on ion.

 

You mind including that with some steaks there buddy, friend, pal.....

 

I turned some moose stew meat into a pseudo stir-fry; waiting for youngest son, Mitch, to stop by after work and join me for lunch.

Same here. I pig out in evening .

 

Spent the day in the resort town of Saugatuck, went antiquing. Had a great lunch, an ice cold beer. Then we walk along the boardwalk where all the "yatchs" are moored. Build boats 50 hours a week and wife wants to look at boats. Saw a few I built, giant hole in the water where rich people through there money. It's good, gives me a job.Hope ya'll had a good one.

 

Rice wine vinegar with roasted garlic and asian seasoning Kristi had in cupboard for premarinate, then finished off with soy sauce, more rice wine vinegar, asian seasoning and a couple tablespoons brown sugar. Served over rice. I looked at a couple recipes online, and worked out my own concoction from what I had on hand. Turned out pretty darn good.

Thanks Jimi, I don't blame you there. I'm trying to eat off of what's in my freezers for the most part while Kristi's in PHX; only buying fresh salads, dairy, eggs, and breads as much as possible.
