The guy that bought it screwed it into his Ranger bed. Since the clamps didn't work on his truck

    Wood screws for the win!

Got some goodies today! This thing is extremely well built, as I'd expect it to be for the price of $80. For now, I'm just going to put some D rings in the cubby screws and strap it down there. Eventually mount it in a lockable cage right there.

I'm going to do this and mount the scanguage Wednesday, and do the lift Thursday as soon as it gets in. I may even have the truck torn apart waiting.

It sure was! I don't plan on testing it to those limits though. From what I've read though, I'd be safe storing it in the back of the bed and letting it flop around with no issues. I'm not going to, but it's nice knowing it won't leak if it somehow comes loose.

There is nothing worse than having gas leaking in your camping gear! You did good with this can!

This is why you shouldn't pressure wash in flip flops...

Pulled the grill off and was out power washing the front end of the truck to clean this mess up. (Remnants of my trans fluid leak after I hit the deer last summer)

After I finished, my wife suggested I go quickly blast out the pups dog run before dinner as it had build up quite the nastiness between the straw I put in his dog house for the winter and all his shed hair. I got a bit carried away and ran the jet of water from my 3100 psi pressure washer over the top of my right foot. It stung a little, but I didn't think anything of it. Bent over to unscrew the hose and noticed this... :annoyed:

Thanks! Gas in gear would be really shitty.

We've been too busy unpacking to care enough to pretty it up a bit. I'll post pics when I do!

 Damn man! Is that all swollen too?
