    Hi,
    New member.
Just purchased a 2010 tacoma, 4.0, 5speed automatic. 58,000 miles, 6" lift with 305 70 17 nitto terra grapplers which feel to big for the drivetrain. What's the best gear ratio to change to?

Your stock ratio is 3.73, to replicate the closest to stock you'd be looking for 4.11 gears. A lot of people over gear to 4.56 for a more noticeable change and the advantage of being properly geared for 35" tires down the road.
