    Hey, got the Tacoma wave from someone driving south on 109 yesterday around noon in a nice white Tacoma with expedition mods. I was in a mostly plain jane MGM Off Road with a RTT. Sorry I didn't notice and wave back in time, not being a dick, just spaced out. Nice truck!

    Yeah.
    You've got quite the rig! Actually I had just gone for a morning MTB ride down in Rock Hollow (most people call the trail Zombie after the old Zombie Road that ran through that valley). First break I have taken for a while -- moving to Bentonville, AR soon and doing a bunch of work on the house. Finished the deck repairs. Next is the bamboo flooring. I'm gonna need a second Bagster . . .

    Stopped by the Alpine Shop in O'Fallon today and saw this nice 1st gen. And then this 4th gen 4Runner appeared. Talked to the 4Runners owner for a bit - Erik - about his plans for an upcoming Colorado trip. Hope to see him here soon.

    Family is doing my head in today. We are starting to think that my nephew was one of the Marines on board that C-130 that went down in Mississippi on Monday. None of them understand that there won't be a press release with names until each members family has been directly contacted. Sister-in-law loses her shit every time a car drives up her street.

    Praying for you guys that he wasn't. I know when I was downrange they somewhat cut off outside comms so that notifications of the deaths go through the proper channels instead of G.I.'s messaging next of kin. Unsure if that is happening now but I'm hoping for the best for you guys.

    He's alive! He and one other Marine got last minute orders to somewhere else. The confusion came from their personal gear still being on the pallet and being in the debris field. Called his mother this morning after the comm restriction was lifted.

    Looking for recommendations of camping areas. I'd like to find someplace I can take my truck and my dog and get away for a weekend. I know lots of commercialize campgrounds but I'm looking for a place where I can back down to a river or lake and setup the RTT build a fire maybe fish and chill.
