Just curious, why move from canvas to hard shell?

Anyone familiar with Wet Okole seat covers? I'm browsing their website, but it doesn't describe the difference between the type of seat covers they have.

Wet Okole are really nice. I had them on my 2011 and 2016. They are made well and fit like a glove. Good if you surf a lot because they are made of neoprene and handle water well. However, they tend to show wear if you get in and out of the truck a lot. I ended up switching to Clazzio seat covers which are similar price range. Clazzios are also very well made and appear like factory leather, check them out here: www.clazzio.com
Here is a TW thread about clazzio... https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/clazzio-leather-seat-covers.414702/

guys. I got a question for ya. I have a 4x4 trd sport and want to put a locker in the rear. What do you consider the most economical choice that can be thrown in without changing the gearing? I don't have a $1000 for an arb

I'm closer to the one in Clairemont but further down south usually means better mexican food...lol.

Haha this is true! That one is pretty good too. I personally don't think many places can compete with their fries, cali's, and salsa.

There's a fresh mxn/santana's near my workplace that has a decent Cali burrito. Seems to be hit or miss depending on the location with them.

Yeah that place is good. Seems like all the ones they had down south closed down.

There's this little restaurant on Broadway in Chula Vista, Tijuana JR, they melt/put a lot of cheese in their Cali burritos. They're my new go to joint just for that reason lol. They're mainly seafood type dishes though.

Its still going, thanks for asking, I am having a plumber run a scope down the main sewer line in the morning, its a long way to the outlet from the house so hoping its not too bad but being cast iron, about 80 yards in length as well as being put in over 80 years ago we shall see!
Or we can do a housewarming today and I can meet you there if you wanna bring fries! Haha!
