    I remember sr yr high school we couldn't get to my max on leg extesions (quad lifts or whatever it's called now). Machine was loaded with all it would fit plus had guys stand on it.

    That was back when i could run 2 miles in < 11 minutes, bench 210, and only weighed 140.

    91 degrees out. Had 91 intake air temp and 159 ATF temp on interstate. After streets, red lights, etc, this is what it read in parking lot. ATF gets hot in traffic. Easily in the 195-205 range. Drops back to 170s on open roads.

    @Dave41079 how has that ATF cooler you put in been doing?

    I have. Wasn't great. He just laid there.

    This whole trip the only time I saw over 175° was on mountain passes in the heat, and I don't drive slow as everyone knows. It's been great. HVAC foaming the radiator before I left really helped too. In the desert it was 116°, and I had engine temp of 205°, tranny temp of 175°, running AC full blast, loaded down.

    I don't squat because I fucked my hip up and it hurts like hell to squat. I'm trying to strengthen my hips up to recover and I'm about to start bulking (hopefully). So we'll see what happens. Aiming for 365 dead at 180lbs by Christmas. I'm 170 right now.
