So i parked the truck behind some girl in my complex to run in the apt for a min and run back out. This dumb girl says she did not see the truck behind her and backed right into the truck. I was like what the fuck. I walked over after i heard the crash and thought my truck was going to be really messed up. she some how managed to hit the tire square in the middle of the rim and missing any of the fender or door. she was a total bitch about saying i was in the way and never to park there but come on!, she could not see this big truck behind her! she must have been stoned. But on a good note the rim only got scratched up. She hit it hard enough to make the truck move a foot to the side so i hope she did not mess up the allignment up. Does anyone know what the black rugged trails are painted with??? is it powder coated ? whats a good fix so i dont have to be reminded about this every time i look at it.

You were parked in the driveway/road, not in a stall? If so you probably deserved a small reminder not to park behind people.

If not my apoligies for misunderstanding and you should tell her to get an eye exam. After she pays the mechanic's bill for checking out your truck.

If she hit the front wheel, then I'd say you almost certainly have alignment issues. It would be a miracle if you don't. But hey! If worse comes to worse you can fix this with a single new rim and you're golden. Well, that and an alignment job.

I hate that feeling of getting damage to a brand new truck. I just got mine back after a hit and run.
