Finally got around to going to see an orthopedic surgeon about my torn pec tendon recently. Several appointments, referrals, and an MRI later, they still don't have a game plan.

Second MRI this week to try to determine if what's left of the tendon is in good enough shape to use. If not, they're going to take one from a corpse.

Not looking forward to surgery. Being able to do push-ups again will be nice though. Ha ha.

The weather is the best thing on TV. NOT "The Weather Channel" though, We got a 24 hour NOAA Radar Channel. Will leave it on for hours during storms.

The weather dosent lie, it is what it is. The Weather doesn't have an agenda. The weather isin't shoving it's ideas and views and beliefs down my throat. The weather is not cheesy, prescripted reality TV. It's the only place I can watch TV, and be left alone from commercials and lunacy of people on cable TV.

at 165lbs trying to cut/gain more lean mass. The goal is 175 by November...

 

I gave up on trying to bulk. I'm 30, 6'1" and 170lbs. Started that shit back in high school and never got anywhere. Also ran track too.

Working out is, a lot like work.

 

If it wasn't so far I would. I work in Lebanon and workout in hermitage by the house. How tall are you? Those are really good numbers for your weight.

 

Damn....thought about moving out there but that's a commute for work.

all of 5'9 or 5'10 on a good day.

 

I am planning on going, if you don't mind having some one tag along I would rather go with a group.
