In retrospect, cutting it into pieces and seeing how it was all seamed together was a pretty fun experience. I'm glad I did it. I totally would have taken you up on that at the time though.

Hell yeah that's a good start. I'll let you know how the hard topper transaction goes down this weekend.

I'm definitely sagging in the front with the steel @Pelfreybilt plate bumper and skid plates. Need to ditch the used ToyTec lift I bought and get the OME 886's with nitrochargers. I also have some bilsteins paired with the OME dakars I got from @HeadStrong Off-Road out back and will probably switch them to Nitrochargers as well.

I hope I make the cut on the 38 people in the group, i'm currently listed at #40? and max is 38.

You'd need one high enough to extend it over the cab unless you want to let it hang over the rear. I'm going to be running a hardtopper just like @ChandlerDOOM and take a stab at building a diy roof rack for the LEER topper with aluminum t-slot extrustions from McMaster or somewhere and see if I can get something similar going. It's a slick setup.

let me know man. I have done my budget, and I have a spare $200.... (if you still want to let it go for that) if you want to take back your offer and relist it for more, no hard feelings either way

I'll stick by my price for you dude. Happy to see it go on a locals new truck build. If it doesn't work out between us for some reason I'll consider relisting a smidge higher though haha.

Nothing fancy dude. A used LEER, black. Doesn't have all the fancy options I'd prefer but it's a start. I might upgrade down the line. I'll throw some pics up if it goes through.

I'll get another cap if I have to, but it'll be while, I'd like it to be pretty heavy duty and more features than my previous. I was hoping the KBVoodoo bed rack could accommodate my needs, but I'd have to add something above that to make it even with any cab mounted rack system.

Im looking for a contractor cap. Just need windoors, and a standard window/lift gate in the back. Not the double doors

yea, I've been watching videos.... it looks TERRIBLE.

    here's my dilema....

I want HIDs in my headlights, I also dont want to blind everyone... so natural solution is to get projectors....

well my options for projector headlights are eBay specials (which look terrible to me with all the misc LEDs everywhere and they look like a bug's eyes)

or retrofit headlights which are $1,000

so I actually found a set of eBay headlights that are "retrofit" w/ single projectors (pic below) and they got REALLY good reviews and the cutoffs look really good.... the only problem, is they ONLY have them in chrome.... and so I'd need to bake them open, cover the projector, and paint the headlights and probably the shroud as well.....:frusty:

I really wish this one had windoors. It does not. Not sure if it's possible to get those individually and swap them out but i'd be willing to try it.
