Whatever the damage is, I'd have them throw in a new spring pack, is that rust? That sucks! I'd take it elsewhere also, whatever it needs they're incompetent and most likely, will do as little as possible to right their wrong.

Damn that sucks. Days after picking up my truck from the dealer I went to work on my front suspension. I was able to remove driver front lugs by hand. I was pissed. Drove down there and went nuts on them. But what could they do except listen to me yell for my situation. Wasnt expexting anything special to accomadate me. Just wanted to let em have it.lol

I would say you're entitled to some sort of a refund. What all did you have them do? Because if you paid for shocks it doesn't look like they completed the job

I had them put on new shocks and rotate tires, i was going to do it but with work and a trip coming up i didnt have the time...thank god i did my own waterpump recently and pulleys. Theyre covering all costs and they damn well. Right now im not sure if the hub is still good or not, the leaf pack looks fine, the shock will be new. The impact of the shock dropping im not even going to take that chance. And we will be discussing how they plan on doing the body. And they better be really generous otherwise im going to make them infamous on the web. Id start by creating a nice meme everyone could help me spread.

Looks like the basis of a Law suit to me. I am sure the first thing they said was " we will make good on this " and " we will give you a loaner until it repaired" Just think about it ....if they could not do it right the first time, are they going to fix it right on this try, my guess is they probably towed it back to the same Tech. that did the original job. Do you really want this man working on your truck ???
The one you and your family ride in. This could have been a fatal accident. You have the right to tell them that you have no confidence in them. and that you would feel safer having it repaired elsewhere.

I know, i was about to go home and take my kid to guitar lessons. Ontop of whatever they do im going to make sure to get a full 1year 12,000 mile warranty on that whole back end. All toyota dealerships are goofs. They are like the mechanics the big 3 used to have in the 90's.
