Lmao....i love this site, WTH did I just start.

    1. I know the tacoma would never be a competition for the Raptor.

    2. Hey Mr. moneybags, the Rebel TRX goes for 20 grand more than my Taco, so please quit telling me to go buy one unless you would like to buy it for me of the kindness of your heart.

    3. I DON'T really compain about my Taco. I consider my self lucky because I don't have any of the issues with my Tacoma as some one here. (I would like more power, but I found that if you REDLINE the truck......she goes) LOL

I just wanted to get other ppl thoughts of a more beffier, NOT Tundra sized, Taco......you know, because this is a discussion board, not a all hail tacoma suck up site.

I thought there were only two vehicles anyone would ever want/need... Tacoma and 4runner.

Seriuosly though, you should have requested a better TRD Pro to compete with say the ZR2 or upcoming Ranger. I think those two trucks will help give toyota competition and the end result will be a better Tacoma. Either way, Tacoma is the best. All hail Tacoma. :bananadance:

I'm talking about a true TRD PRO. All the TRD models are basically SR5's with a TRD sticker slapped on.

To make a TRD Sport, Toyota took an SR5 and slapped a NON FUNCTIONING hood scope and a TRD sport sticker. (May have had a few more comestic tweeks) but both are the same truck.

To make the TRD OR, they took the hood scoop off and added craw control and a rear locker, oh and switched out the sticker.....basically the same truck.

To make the PRO they took the OR snd changed the suspension and fog lights, added a hood scoop......oh and slapped on PRO sticker........smh....same truck

And yes I love my TRD OR

Lol, yeah 35 grand with manual seats is kinda lame. However, I may have adjusted my seats once since I had the truck.

Meh. This fantasy pro should have no luxury stuff in it.

Fully boxed frame with a NA v8. Seats and a b pillar hoop + attachment points for 5 point harness. Front and rear locker. Air bag off option.

LawnDart just took his TRD Bro to Baja and there is a lot of talk about Raptors and stuff there. Pretty much the same talk here. TRD Pro is a money maker for Toyota and I won't lie, if I had the extra cash I would have ponied up the funds for the Cement gray T4R. But whatever. TRD Pro is cool in my book.

I drove a Dodge for a few years and was very happy with it, other than gas mileage. With that being said, the Ram Rebel is not even close to a Raptor or even a TRD PRO. The Pro or even the TRD OR is far more capable than a rebel. I think Ram gave their market exactly what they wanted. A pavement queen that looks mean and costs half what a Raptor does.
