    Computer is fixed Susan. It was expensive but worth it. Moral is if you have not already done so and toy are running Win 10, burn yourself a recovery disc. You will need a 8gb or larger thumb drive. If you upgraded free from Win 7 you will need your key code.

    If you have ever been locked in the repair troubleshooter, I now have felt your pain.

    I have spent entirely too much time in front of the computer today. Time to relax.

    Received a price back from one dealer on a 2017 Avalon Touring sedan. I believe the quote is right $36,000 to drive out the door. Within our budget. I will talk to them tomorrow.

    Also received a reply back from another dealer on the Avalon Limited for $39,800 out the door. About 2K too much for the budget.

    It was a PITA Ken. Had to rebuild a lot of the computer again. Lost some old email and old financial stuff. Nothing serious that I cannot live without. Good new is all the documents are saved. Wife is happy.

    Morning all:
    Good to hear the wife is doing OK Mike, constant dr. app. may be a PITB but for now it's probably best to stay vigilant.

    :wave: Good Morning Cool Old Dudes and Susan. Hope all are well.

    Happy Wife, Happy Life...nuff said. ;)

    x2 I agree, sounds like a good deal to me; must be nice to shop in an area where they have some competition. Only one dealer in the whole state up here...they don't negotiate on prices much.

    Good morning folks and thanks for the warm welcome yesterday - much appreciated.

    I'm off this AM to get a replacement battery for the Tacoma. Would you believe the Toyota dealership has the best price/warranty on a 27F? $125 with three year free / five year prorated. Last month I put P265/75 BFG KO2's on her and the Chevy dealer came in with the best deal. Tires and batteries are not something I've ever bought from these guys in the past.

    Good Morning CYD (Cool Young dude). How is going Rob?

    Morning Al, I found my dealer to be cheaper on many items compared to my old garage that I was dealing with. I have had recalls and other work done by them and have no complaints with any of the work. Hope they work out for you. :thumbsup:

    It's going well enough Ken. Little lonely, but it is what it is. Thanks for asking, I'll get through. ;)

    All the running around is done for the day. Time to get back to cleaning out the attic over the garage. Getting rid of 35 years of BS.

    :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Well guys as of right now we will be purchasing a new 2017 Toyota Avalon Touring Sedan tomorrow. Submitted the finance information and told the sales guy we will be ther tomorrow between 3 and 4 PM. My wife will be happy.

    The Touring trim level has a few upgrades from the XLE Premium. LED Headlights, different grille and rims, upgraded leather steering wheel and a stiffer suspension with different shift points in the sport mode.
