Hello all. I pounded out my dents on my bumper that the previous owner caused . What paint to y'all use? It's not chrome. Thanks!

Rattle can Duplicolor. I like to use adhesion promotor and clear coat over the Duplicolor.

Or use Self etching Primer Rustoleum with a Rustoleum color coats.

Sand the bumper good to get some "tooth" for the paint to grab. Don't sand all the paint off, only the loose stuff.
