Not the prettiest cuts either, but I cleaned them up and will paint in the morning, then hopefully finish up with some sheet metal rubber molding to seal it up

Has anybody used the Upol Raptor Liner? Thinking about shooting my new bumpers and stuff with it. Or may just stick with plain spray paint. Not much more for the raptor liner

Anyone here tow a travel trailer with a Bruteforce HC/swingout setup? I'm concerned that the spare will contact my trailer jack. If that's the case, how difficult is it to remove the swingout?

I have an older brute force hc with a single swingout but havent towed a TT before. From what I remember, his new swingouts have adjustable tire carriers so you can move it up or down as needed.

Got the call from Billy that my rear bumper is ready :yay:. I hope it makes a quick trip to the east coast.

Bought used so I'm not sure if this has the adjustable swingout (@jberry813). I suppose worst case is I remove the spare and leave the swingout on when towing the TT.

Just picked up my bumpers from Fastenal this morning! :woot: They are definitely beefy.

So here comes the usual question of what does all the other stuff in the box go to? I know that some of them are to stiffen up the bed and the couple gusseted pieces mount to the front bumper but there are a few flat plates that I'm still not sure about. I didn't get a chance to play around much and try to figure out where stuff fits since I had to go to work right after I got them so it might be obvious once I start getting everything in place but I figured I might as well ask since I am stuck at work and can't play with them right now.

I wanna say those are washers for the front bumper. If I remember correctly should be 4 plates?

Ahh, ok. Yeah it's 4 plates with a single hole and then there is also a plate for the rear bumper that matches the hold open latch plate, not sure what this goes to? I'm also hoping it's fairly obvious how the fender supports work because just looking at them I have no idea where they go.

I've got my work cutout for me getting these things painted before I have to worry too much about install anyway.

Here are the pieces I can't quite figure out.

And just for fun a little more BFF porn, don't mind the clutter behind everything.

When I received my bumpers, I came across the same puzzle pieces. I cataloged each item and took a pic.
Follow this thread for a couple of pages to I.D. the pieces and how to deal with the spindle bearings.

Ok, I've got another question, anyone know what size edge trim to buy for the fender cut?
