    Ya it's not really great. I used to take some other stuff like 8 years ago but can't remember what it was called. They had to change the formula though apparently. I know military couldn't take it because I bought it once at the commisary my freshman year of college and it was garbage haha. Any recommendations? I know this is the wrong thread for this though but oh well lol

    DMAA is the chemical that all of the lawsuits were about. Its legal again. If you want some of it the pre workout you're looking for is called Mesomorph. Best place I have found to buy it is called A1Supplements.

    I take shatter and gat which ever I feel like taking that day.... but I will tell you mesomorph is some crazy shit they sell it on eBay. I had a couple buddies take it here in the military. And they banned it from us taking it haha but I took it once and shit made me wig the f out. I wanted to crack my head against some glass I felt as if I could dead lift 700lbs but I hit a pr of 575 on it. But I will never take it again.

    Not quite. It has the same ingredient that everyone got all weird about. I just say start with like a quarter of a scoop if C4 does anything for you at all. Seriously. After like a week of it I adapted. My latest PWO is Ghost Legend. Not too bad of stuff either.
