    Ya the C4 does nothing for me during my workouts haha. Maybe the slightest slightest pre workout buzz but not much haha. I'll see if GNC has anything recommended here

    Dude I actually just found out the other day you can return pre workout or any supplement there after you tried it for a few days. Do that haha and get free samples of their "lit" pre workout

    I actually did that with the military approved version of the Jack3d. It didn't do anything for me so I took it back to a regular GNC and got the good stuff

    You can always up the dosage. I always read the label where it says directions. A lot of people I know just read the serving size
