Assuming you had an alignment after getting your lift on (which I know was recently) then no, you will not need another alignment.

 

Did you get an alignment program through NTB? If you did, just do it, it's free. The lager wheels and and new offset will change the trajectory of your camber just slightly. Although it may not be enough to tell from the naked eye. You should be safe either not getting one, or waiting a few days. Either way, if it's free, do it, if not free, that's on you, at least have em check it free and tell you if it's off and what is off.

Few questions:

Does anyone have a backup camera on their tacoma and a spare tire carrier attached to the bumper? If so does the tire block the camera?

Since I imagine the bumper carrier creates visibility issues in the rear view, has anyone tried putting their spare on a bed rack?

I have a camera and a tiregate. I had to fab a mount for my OEM-ish camera to fit into a license plate camera top/frame thingie because the I didn't have a regular tailgate anymore

Wasn't hard to do and it works fine. You can actually see it in this photo.
