They will just because they think you have your brights on.

Happened to me all the time on a car that had separate aux lights next to the headlights. They weren't that bright at all.

 

Then I'll REALLY flash my high beams

 

If they're aimed properly (like they will be) no one will give it a second glance.

Is the LED projector a straight drop in like the RX350? Dont know if I missed it, but I see you created a mount for both projectors. Just wondering if this an option with the same amount of work as installing the RX350 upgrade. Would it even be worth it. Seems very comparable.

 

Gah.. I want to, but I would loose functionality for Aesthetics. There is not enough room for a full projector, so it would most likely be a dummy.
Plus I'd give up my turn signal... hmm

Rear clearance is fine, but the mounting holes do not line up. (about 1/8" off) Also if you notice in this picture, the LED projector needs to protrude out another ~1/2" to be the same offset as the OEM. This will require a lot of trimming to the stock mounting bucket.

Just messin' around on the CNC today. Designed new Side markers, they will be much darker once up against a black background.

What about adding some sort of black hex mesh in conjunction with the amber lenses? Too much? it would further "black out" the look. just a thought....

Well that settles that. I'm biased to Amber, but the smoked does look good.

I took @LSC15 idea and cut them off at more of an angle. Easier to tell with this pic
