Both good guesses! It is a Ford Courier truck which before stumbling across that I had never heard of. Although no Tacoma it looks like it was probably a cool little truck back in the day...

Just checking in on the 2LO circuit board. I know you are busy. Just wondering how it's going.
    Thanks.

Funny timing I was meaning to post an update in here today about that. Although it's been going slower than I expected, progress has been made! When I originally posted the 6 boards available there were about a dozen things that needed to be addressed in the software... nothing major but I like to fine tune things. As of right now there are only 3 things remaining in the software to tweak so I don't expect it will be much longer

If any of you guys who ordered absolutely can't wait then I can tell you that the boards are fully functional (meaning no problem to engage 2lo) just with a few minor bugs remaining. So if anyone needed this ASAP I could send it out now, although I would prefer the few bugs be fixed first just to appease my OCD lol.

Thanks for the update. No problem on waiting. We'll be happy when you're confident that it all works as expected. Thanks again for all your hard work on this project.

Its so funny you guys mention the convex glass Sienna mirrors. I have some in my Amazon cart waiting to get back in stock, going to get the 4runner mirrors and install the Sienna glass once i have funds for it all and this kit. should be useful and i can finally take those stupid sticky blind spot mirrors off. glass is surprisingly cheap. bout 50-60 bucks a side depending on where you get it from.

I have the Trail Toys EZ-View mirrors on my Tacoma and they have become my favorite mod. I use them every time I drive it and really appreciate the added safety and comfort level they provide. Add this heated mirror wiring kit and you have a no-brained upgrade. Best part, a TacomaWorld member owns and operates that company too.

They are but I have been crazy busy at work lately. At least for right now I am only taking orders on kits that I have in stock which at the moment is the left of steering kit.

    2lo Update...

I had hoped to be able to announce that these will be shipping this week, unfortunately the company / person doing the software updates did a little holiday for the 4th of July so there was no actual progress this week. However he is now back and I expect this should get wrapped up this upcoming week.

I do appreciate that you guys haven't been putting pressure on this for me... it's a little frustrating because I am not in complete control of the progress for this project so any timelines I've given have been estimates. What I can say is it will be worth the wait! Also I know I've probably told many of you but any payments that have been sent are stuck on my fridge at the moment and won't be deposited until these are actually ready to ship.

The offer still stands though for anyone who needs this ASAP, I can send this out in it's current state and it will be perfectly functional. It just won't be fine tuned to what I would consider to be 100%.

Alright thanks, I'm partial to the mirror adjust so I'll wait till your work slows down.

If you plan on adding these heated mirrors to your Tacoma I'd advise doing it now because it's not as fun trying to do it when your fingers are freezing. The instructions at the start of this thread make it appear to be complex but it isn't.

Okay fair enough. Yeah work has been just nutty lately. I have a few people on hold right now waiting on some kits so I might just have to make the time to build some more of these. If I end up doing that I'll send you a message just to make sure you are in before hand.

I have the 1AA Auto version of the Pro EFX heated power towing mirrors with LED turn signals. I just need a minimal harness (w/switch & relay) to hook up the heating elements. I believe you've been able to do this for other members.

    1. Left of steering wheel
    2. 15 minute timer
    3. Green illumination (upgraded to heated mirror symbol only)
