    This was really difficult for me to like. I am still debating whether i should unlike it but i dont want to break my streak.

    To each their own.


    I like to change my rep ranges through my workout.

    I start in the 4-6 rep range with compound movements (mass), then move to the 10-12 rep range for isolation movements (conditioning/getting blood flowing into targeted muscles), then I do sets of 50 or 100 for a burn out at the end (torture).

    haha. you quoted the 1st without a response? I'm not worried about mass, cutting and such. I just alternate with high rep/ low weight sets for some weeks then change to low reps/ low weight for a bit. Think that's ok? although the high weight, mostly bench, is hurting my wrists. thanks again for the advice

    tolerance is like working out. it takes practice to build it up and not as important as school or working out! do the weights more and understand your limits drinking before you go to school and have some good friends to watch your back always (that is not an endorsement from me to go drinking). Be careful. Ill never buy you beer but ill be more than happy to pick your drunk ass up and take you home, to your parents.
