Typically you will want to do lower weight with higher reps and higher weight with lower reps. Higher weight doesn't have to mean throwing 2 more plates on the bar. Bump it up 5 or 10 pounds depending on the lift when you drop your reps. You need to do this mostly so your body doesn't get accustomed to Your routine. If you stop getting sore it's time to change your approach. After a few cycles of high rep / low weight and low rep / high weight do a week of super low weight with high reps (this is often called unloading). The unloading phase is to focus on form and to make sure you are actually hitting the muscles you are trying to.

If the barbell is hurting your wrists switch to dumbbell bench. I still do light weight / high reps on a barbell, but move to the dumbbells when I go heavy.

Miller lite does not get me drunk, it's the weirdest thing ever. Bud light and natty taste the same so no reason to pay more for bud light. I don't drink 1-4 beers like most of these beer snobs so I can't afford to drink that crazy shit.

we need to lay out plans for AOP. Chris and Richard I believe have both got hotel rooms, is this for Friday and Saturday night?

I'm trying to decide if I actually want to go through the trouble of camping up there or just driving home.

If we were on closer schedules and you were at Anytime Fitness, I would let your squatty ass train me bro!:benchpress: I need a good reliable workout partner to get me back to where I was in my prime! Now I just feel like an old fat married guy:anonymous:

Finally, some folk on here need a hiatus. Take some time and reflect! Fer serious!:smash:
