    None of my business, but now is the time to instill life long values in their minds. It starts with the example of everything they see their parents do, not just what they say. What they say is important though.

    OK, here is the big one. Take them to church, not send them. Remember they are the most important project in your life and every parent wants what is best for their children.

    Climbs down off of soap box.

    I do understand it is not my business, but have seen a lot of heart break by parents who did not live a good example. Conversely, I have seen parents enjoy the rewards of their efforts by guiding their kids along the right path.

    I know, I know, someone can always point out examples of parents whose kids turned out bad in spite of the parents best efforts. Life has no guarantees but at least we can look squarely at the man in the mirror knowing we have done our best.

    How did I get back up on that soap box?
