Getting banned and talked to by Mods was a favorite past time of mine, like baseball and eating alcohol filled snow cones, but then I discovered how much fun it is to stay logged the fuck out of this shitastic monkey fuck circus until I see an alert that intrigues me

 

It wasnt even about stock trucks in this situation haha. It was his perception of my posts in general in this forum.

Either way, I have ZERO issue with stock anything. Its your money your car. Why would I have an issue with that? My logic regarding the stalker thread was isn't it supposed to be to spot enthusiasts that care about being an enthusiast and enjoy tinkering and the automotive scene? Whats the commonality between enthusiasts? Some sort of modification or personalization to a vehicle right? You can pass 100 tacomas on the road, which includes people who bought the cars for transportation or utility purposes (general public), not because they care one bit about cars/trucks and being an enthusiast. Why would you post about some random grandma who probably uses her truck to load bales of hay on their farm just because they happen to drive the same car we do? This is NOT to say you cant drive stock if you're an enthusiast. But from outward appearances of random Tacomas on the road, what differentiating factor gives you a better chance of spotting an enthusiast on the road? Modifications. Thats it. Yet this point of view got me banned from the stalker thread for 30 days lol. We drive a tacoma guys. Its not some super secret rare 500k hypercar only 2 people in Texas have.

I think someone just wanted to feel like a part of the community, so they posted up any ol taco they saw. But i dont know, i dont want to pass judgement... to their face. So simply think to my self... "this guy is an idiot, ignore him and carry on" I have have 1 person on ignore and it is because he wanted to express his "opinion" to me. We got into it on here, the mods sent me a warning and cleaned up all the comments, i put him on ignore and no more problems. He told me i was "way out of line" when i was trying to educate someone... it kinda set me off.... lol

Also i like to look at people and say....

 

I actually dont have any person on ignore right now haha. But i'm sure 504040038 other people have me on ignore including this person I'm talking about.

 

Lots of BS going on up in here.

It's not color matched since its a garage dip job. But i had some matte finish patriot blue laying around. Gave it a whirl at lunch. Ill get it put on the truck tonight and see whats what.

In case you were wondering, a rear door for a double cab fits comfortably in a double cab.

 

I will probably plastidip my rims before i get them powdercoated to see how it would look. May dip the front and rear bumper also, not the complete bumpers but parts of them to see if i like it...

 

Who plastidips the wheels to their Mirage?
