You're welcome! Please do, ill do the same. It did but slightly, I was able to mark the location of the LCA before loosening so it was easy to line up. However, I still went yesterday to get it realigned. I have a 3 year unlimited plan with american tire depot by my house.

Anyone have any recommendations for ditch light mounts? Are they all pretty much the same or is there someone who makes a better one?

I got mine through CBI. I've heard a few companies now make them so you don't have to cut the windshield cowl, that would be a +

Thanks. Enjoying this truck; I haven't had a flashy rig for a while, this was calling me to do something visible. Put a Caliraisedled 300 watt bumper bar on last weekend, makes the mountain tracks bright and points out the hogs & owls.
Honeybees are interesting and the honey is great. We got hooked on them a while back, built up to 40 hives and produced around 800 pounds of wilderness honey for several years, then got hit by a small hive beetles which decimated them. That was a heartbreak.

Limit yourself on sharp, fast turns. If you pull too many G's sideways, bad things can happen.

I'm considering that kit, but with a 3 leaf progressive leave instead of the dakars. Anything you don't like about it? Do you have the resis in the front?

These trucks are fun. This is my first Tacoma and truck for that matter. That is devastating to lose all those hives. I'm only in my third year of beekeeping, but it is a battle. I've been at war with beetles, mites, yellow jackets, ants and moths. Still, I can't stop, just too fascinating. Did you beekeep on Maui? Must be a year round honey flow.

This is my 5th Toyota 4x truck. They are perfect for the rough roads and slick driveways around here, and I'm always hauling something. They survive better than any of the others, and they are by far the most popular vehicle on Maui. I also have a slightly lifted jeep with ARB air lockers and no sway bars, and a 2000 Tundra (my older truck becomes the farm workhorse).

We extract twice a year, we have two big nectar flows. And there are a few months that are slim pickings for the bees, and with a lot of colonies on the land the workers start to push the drones out the door unless we supplemental feed.

    I transported 18 16' 2x4's from home Depot yesterday.
I got a "your brave" comment for another guy who had a full size truck and trailer.
