Yeah the dash camera was in I just had it off center and you just seen the the roof of his car

Penalties

Uninsured motorist isn’t needed to get YOUR car repaired if the other driver doesn’t have insurance. Your insurance will pay for your repairs regardless if the other guy has insurance or not.

 

I know that. But if you have liability you can also have uninsured motorist. At least here in Texas.

Back in 2002 I hit someone in a car avoiding a pedestrian that was crossing a St illegally that I would have drove into the pavement and killed her and her baby instantly. So I hit a parked car instead person in the car tried and was unsuccessful in suing me for everything I owned and Her Attorney tried for wage garnishment and even for stuff I would have owned in the future. This went on for 5+ years till they busted her for fraud.....

She was claiming she couldn't hear vision was damaged neck,back couldn't work come to find out she had not worked in 6/7 years prior to the accident basically do to being a shit bag. Had hip problems shoulder issues she was depressed etc etc.....

The owner of the car even turned on her as she was suing his insurance as well for damages....

its going to in to get fixed tomorrow they are saying 3-4 days to fix it. I got 2 prices to fix it one was 700.00 and the other one was about 900.00. the one for 700.00 has them just popping the dent out that I'm not going to do. the 900.00 has a new bumper cover.

 

Well now I'm gonna be all paranoid as hell....

 

they gave me a Elantra for a rental car pos. then they wanted to charge me 50.00 one time and 40.00 a day for insurance. then they dropped it to 25.00 a day. I told them I'm not paying anything for a car that is what they are paying it for. so no car for now
