    That is home made bacon too. You just inspired me to go find a couple of pork bellies this weekend and smoke them. Hard to find around here with the SPAM plant near here. But worth it when I do.

    When I first started work here 15 years ago the Lead asked me if I went by Mike or Michael. I said Mike and he said good he was Michael. He said Michael was more professional. He bought a Cadillac and ended marrying a Doctor the only type he would date. Thank goodness he is gone now. Hard to improve on the name Mike IMO. But there is only one of you in the world Mike. And I mean that in a very good way.
