Ok my seat covers were suppose to come today, Fedex says I wasn't here. When they entered into there log at 5:56, I was here. Not sure what time they came I was only gone for an hour in the morning. But they need someone to sign for them, has anyone else had to sign for their covers.

I know when I got my floor mats, I called FedEx and told them no one would be home on the day it was supposed to be delivered, so he set in the computer that no signature was necessary. Try calling and having them do that?

True, you can also call them and have them hold it at the nearest distribution center. That's what I always do with signature required packages. I can swing by there on my lunch break and pick up the package.

Ok here is what I got from Fedex, they will not drop it off without a signiture because Wet Okole required it. I was home at the time that was listed on the Fedex web site. No one came to my house, the driver is a liar. I live in a very rural area in north Georgia. I stayed home today because my delivery date was today. I am 100 miles from the distribution center.

I tried calling Wet Okole earlier but they were closed, I have sent them some emails, why they need a signiture on a set of seat covers is crazy. I have asked them to lift the signiture requirement. I will not be here tomorrow.

This is Bullshit. someone needs their Ass Beat............

haha well first of all fedex already got paid for that package that they tried to deliver... they get paid the same no matter if they get it delivered on the first attempt or 3rd attempt. So for them not to get it delivered on the first attempt is a waste of money because the second and third time around they are not making a profit on it. And sometimes they need a signature because the sender requests that the package only be delivered once a signature is obtained and that's the reason why this guy probably didn't get his package.

just leave a note outside of your door saying that you would like them to leave your package at your front door and sign the note and they will leave it for you unless Wet Okole requires a direct signature which means that they have to get a signature in person, in that case a signed note will not work.

I work for fedex and the reason that your covers need to be signed for is because the shipper required it, more than likely because it's a high value item. It's as easy as calling the number on the door tag they left you and going down to your nearest fedex shipping station to pick them, or you can wait till tomorrow. vicstacoma nailed it on the head. We actually are discourage to bring packages back to the station, it reflects negatively upon us and we do infact lose time, gas, and miles on the truck when we have to keep going back to the same residence to try and deliver a package, especially if you live out in the midle of nowhere.

My FedEx issues are far worst. Their truck caught on fire and I've called twice to find out if my package is damaged or what condition its in. They're supposed to sort through the rubbish and then call me. I don't know if Wet Okole will make a new set or are they waiting to find out from FedEx. I probably won't see my covers till May at this rate.

Hey OCTACO, when you can't deliever an item is the time on the tracking web site for fedex the time you were at the loction? If it is I was home at the time listed, no truck came to my house. I have no neighbors and can hear a truck coming up my street. If time is the same the driver is a liar, Im more pissed at that...........and no door tag was left

So how many shipments total over the last 10 years each for FedEx and UPS? I deal with both daily so I am just wondering.

Mine are supposed to deliver today via FedEx. I get all my stuff delivered to my work because carrier service is a lot better when you are dealing with businesses. The FedEx and UPS man have to see us everyday face to face, we get great service at our business.

Are the FedEx deliveries done by FedEx express, ground or home delivery?
