Well other than me being terrible at doing my own alignment it's all together and what an improvement over the mid travel set up. Home alignment should get me by while everything settles into its happy place so I can retorque everything and get a proper alignment.

 

We change em at the beginning of each monsoon, unless we forget, which is usually what happens, then we cuss em till they start to split, then stop at the nearest walmart or parts store during a thunderstorm and replace em in the rain, then it stops and monsoons take a break for a week or so.

So it wouldn't be totally overkill for me to grab a set from RockAuto... I was just thinking about nabbing a charcoal cabin filter 'cause they have a coupon going for that, plus I have a 5% off code that expires in a few days and I'm good on literally everything else... filters, plugs, what have you. The truck is only 1 year and 5 months old now.

 

3.5 over I was running 2" spacers before so not too much wider than I was before. Just a lot more travel.

 

Gears are such an awesome mod! Can't wait to add some boost in a few months to go with the gears

 

I run SilBlades that I got from Sierra Expeditions about 3 years ago. They still work really well. Been through mud and snow multiple times. About the same cost as a rainX or Bosh premium

 

What is proper maintenance for my uppers? I have yet to do anything to them since instal so.

Lube and cleaning, might be time for you with the salt up there.

Just hit 50k on my truck as well. What should I be doing as far as service? Dealership or at home?

 

This, just keep them lubed and clean. Grease the zerks for the mounting bolt. If it starts to get noisy you know it's time. I got about 45k miles out of my old uniballs by good maintenance.

 

Mine had 60k on them when I sold them. Clean often and lots of triflow.
