Part of the process is to allow the rings to completely cool after they come off the pit,
SOOOO............ if someone has a propane fryer I can prep and cook on the pit and then we can fry them at C&C

Sounds like something we could all pitch in for.

 

I even have the pan/pot to cook them in, I just don't have my burner any more.
We need one like the ones used for frying turkeys.
