    Hello Forum,

I've been looking into aftermarket wheel options for a 2015 DCSB 4.0 4X4 & except for the Method Standard 301 Machined wheels there isn't much else that I like. What I want is a wider & more agressive stance than OEM, like the stance on my '08 Prerunner with Maxtrac Spindles up front, black Spidertrax spacers out back, & 17" FJ Cruiser wheels (which "stick out" almost 3/4's of an inch more than the OEM Tacoma wheels do.
I REALLY like the look of the 2014-2017 7-spoke 4Runner Trail wheels like the ones on my wifes 4Runner Trail.

    I will go with (4) 1.25" Spacers & LT265/70r17 "C" BFG A/T KO2's.

I see that Spidertrax uses Grade 8 bolts & BORA uses Grade 10.9 bolts. As far as the aluminum goes they both state to be of high quality & probably identical metals. I can tell you that I've NEVER had an issue with my Spidertrax but I do like the fact that BORA has a stronger steel grade for the studs.

    BORA:
    https://www.customwheeloffset.com/c...spacers-set-4-5-or-6-lug-all-makes-and-models

Spidertrax (this is for a Jeep but I assume same stud grade for all):
    http://www.spidertrax.com/Jeep-Wheel-Spacer-Stud

    STAHL/Steel:
    http://www.motorsport-tech.com/4DCGI/ss_switchtruckmodel

BORA appears to have heavier duty hardware than Spiderterax & STAHL is steel which I assume is stronger than both aluminum ones.

I've seen countless threads on Spidertrax & BORA (all of them good) but haven't seen any on STAHL. Anyone here using STAHL? If so, do you like them?

    Thanks

I haven't used wheel spacers myself, but I know several with Spidertrax and zero issues. If I were to get spacers myself I'd go with Bora or Spidertrax.

Bump for someone with first hand experience.

Yes though I assume your wheels have less backspace because they stick out even more than mine. Nice truck man!

I have Spidertrax because they performed flawlessly on my jeep for years. Quality, instructions, and packaging is great, and they include lock tight.

No doubt they are awesome! I do however like that the BORA's have a higher steel grade of wheel studs.

Does anyone know what metal grade OEM studs are?

The wheels are 18x9 with 1.25 spacers. Think the BS is 4.5...I may have already forgotten the specs...lol
