    I'm finally getting off my lazy ass and working out more frequently again. I need some pre-workouts and protein suggestions. I went to the supplements thread to look but it's pretty dead. I'm trying to gain some muscle mass cuz I'm tall and skinny af, back in my college days playing volleyball I maxed out 175 lbs (I'm 6'5). Anyways, for preworkout I was looking at GAT or Shatter. I could use some recommendations on proteins though

    Preworkout, save your money and buy your own to mix. Bulksupplements.com or Amazon sell what you need in bulk for cheap. Beta Alanine, Creatine, and Caffeine. Everything else is a filler and a waste of money. Mix it with some kool-aid powder or in gatorade and you are good to go. You can get a years worth for ~$30 which is what 30 serv will costs you of any premade stuff...

    Protein, just get anything whey. You can't go wrong. Myprotein.com is inexpensive and they have a wide variety of flavors.

    If you want to gain weight and muscle mass, you gotta eat. Supps ain't gonna pack the lbs on :muscleflexing:

    I remember I used to take some BCAA's are those worth buying or not really? I used to eat a shit load back in the college days, still didn't gain weight haha. Got stronger, didn't get bigger though. My metabolism has finally started slowing down just a bit so I'm starting to gain some not muscle weight recently lol. I'll check out those bulk options though and give that a try.
