Borrowing it from my work. Perfect for moving with the sides on it! Not heavy at all.

It took about 3 hours, maybe a little more. It has 4 main pieces that make up the frame of the rack. The side rails are individual pieces that bolt to the stock mounting points, then you install the front and then rear pieces. Once those are on and left loose, you can slide in the rails and trays in and then align everything and torque it all down. Being that everything is 2.5mm steel it helped to have a second set of hands when lifting it up into location.

The front piece was the biggest pain in the ass as there is not much room to get the nuts on there and threaded but once we did get them started, it was simply using a wrench on the under side and a socket on the top to tighten them down. We also had large microfiber towels laying on the roof so not to scratch anything while we installed.

My only two complaints at the moment are the stainless hardware & wind noise. I don't like the stainless steel on black look so I ordered black stainless hardware which we'll swap out next week. Wind noise at highway speed is sort of annoying at the moment but others in the group buy thread are working on solutions with weatherstripping etc up front so we'll look at addressing that soon too based on their feedback.

I was using hickory till I ran out then I threw some cherry in there till I wrapped the brisket. Then I threw some apple chip in there for the shoulder to show it some love.

Try that charcoal, it's real oak coals. Tastes much better, and cheaper at Lowes, Home Depot, or Walmart

So, I've read the article, and I don't see what the problem would be

The article is mainly geared towards older cars with vented gas tanks. Our Tacomas have a sealed system, and the only place that air "vents" is through the EVAP system (which has a carbon filter that absorbs moisture IIRC). They also don't have carbs, so there's no issue in that department. The only thing I can think of is the possible corrosion in the fuel lines. But I would think that since E10 fuel is now standard, newer vehicles would have better materials to resist the corrosion from ethanol.

Am I missing something else??? I mean, a stabilizer wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it would be necessary.

He may have changed it so TW isn't a 3rd party host to other websites to conserve bandwidth.

May just be the gif's since they are bandwidth hogs.

Now I'm thinking it's only certain image files. I can right-click and save my avatar as a .gif, but not the two I mentioned. :notsure:

Maybe. I know there was an issue with Photobucket recently, and he made some changes.
