Over half of it is gone already. Along with half of the shoulder. It was tender, juicy and falling apart. It was a hit and just like I remember 30 years ago when I had my last good brisket in Texas. People here can't cook brisket at all.

See, I thought that's why there's a charcoal canister between the fuel tank and the vent/breather line, and that filter was supposed to capture both vapors going out and moisture from the air going in. So if no moisture is getting into the tank, how does the ethanol "go bad?"

I did some digging, and just read an article that said carbon will actually RELEASE moisture when it absorbs other chemicals (I never knew that before), so there goes that theory. I've always loved this topic, and I'm still learning something new every day.
