You can still use the blue wire to connect it to your dash lights but if it is like mine you will have to run a wire from the other wire connected to your dash lights to pin #7 on the two switches. If you do, don't use the black wire from the wiring harness on pin #7.
I am not sure if you truck is like mine or not but that is what I had to do

Yeah we aren't worried about lights right now. Just gonna go straight to the battery for power...we aren't good at this stuff nor do we feel like doing crazy tear down.

We did fuse it coming off the battery. We almost called @BAMATOY to come do the electrical. He may still end up with the job.

@chrisrocks300 I am worried about you. Seriously.

Do you think you can continue down the path you are on without harming yourself or someone else?

Your "friends" who really care about you would not encourage this lifestyle.

Wake up man. You have so much potential. Don't waste it.

I am not some old busybody trying to run your life, just don't think the "fun" you are having is worth the price. Spoken by someone who has been there-done that.

You do realize there is nothing wrong with drinking correct? Jesus drank several times, God created alcohol for us to enjoy life even more. No, we are not supposed to get drunk but it happens. You're not supposed to gluten ethier but I'm sure you do here and there and I bet that doesn't stop you from eating. We all sin daily, and will continue to do so.

But You can't judge his "lifestyle" by one night bud...

Teeeeeeechnically the night before he had a less eventful, less concerning binge.

You guys are right though. Most of us have these phases and it passes or we end up backing into our own garage door as an adult...:D Either way I hope Chris can develop his own method of not being so damn over the top before he winds up at a frat party doing a French mariachi, snorting lines of the new black widow powder from Uzbekistan and chugging some grey goose. I don't want this lil dude to have a blue tag on his toe.

But why in the absolute sam shit is it "oh please don't quote my terrible story, I don't want people thinking bad of me" on the surface but every time someone says something like "it's all good man. Just learn from it. Take some ibuprofen", it turns into a recharged brag fest of "oh yeah man. This is some kind of hangover. Whoowee. I should have stopped after the 9th shot. Never drinking that much liquor again. No sir. No more FIREBALL whiskey, cinnamon flavored goodness that we drank all of, for me!"

Ok, now I have to say something.

I've respected you till now. You make some really good, wise, more responsible points in here.

As someone who spent 15 years heavily devoted to the church, I understand where you're coming from, but you have to understand a few things.

    1. Religion/politics/etc isn't allowed in the forums. Even your subtle "now you're talking about the right guy" when somebody says "Jesus" is just unnecessary. I won't even get into discussing sins with you because of the forum rules, but you need to take a step back from your holier than thou outlook.
    2. You are nobody's father in this thread. It is nice that you care, but you can't tell people what they can and can't do with their lives.
    3. Chris knows he messed up. He admitted it, we've all told him, and he gets it. He's young man. He has to learn from mistakes, you can't make him stay in a bubble his whole life. You've called way too many people out for cussing (not a sin) and other things, when I believe you might need to read the plank vs speck verse again, because I know DAMN well you aren't perfect.
    4. You havent met any of us, as far as I know. We actually understand the way each other is speaking since we have come to know each other in person. Stop judging us through texts.

I really am not trying to be disrespectful, but damn dude step off your high horse and join reality. I hope I don't run you off like I have 2 other members by saying something to you because I enjoy your input occassionally, but if it's going to be high and mighty judgemental, just don't even comment alright? Just read and move on.

    Wrong truck:D

I put my lift on the 2nd gen by myself with some help from my brother to hold things!! Then I removed the whole thing by myself:facepalm:

Now I did bring the 3rd gen to mod day because I was lazy and didn't feel like doing a lift a 3rd time
