I would own a company that lost money as long as I was receiving a hefty salary while it happened. Most of these people have enough money in other protected things to not care. Im in the process of buying a company right now and theres like nothing to it. I have 3 homes and the bank doesnt even care about using them as anything. Its borderline hilarious why more people dont do it now that I see how it works

A buddy of mine owns a first year R8 with under 10k miles. Exactly a year ago, I put the renewed tags on it and drove it into his new home when he sold his other one and it hasn't been touched since. The battery died awhile ago and while he was on the phone with the dealership to see what he should do, he opened his registration renewal notice from the DMV.

He doesn't want to get rid of it because of the pride factor but he will probably never drive it again since his driveway is a PITA to get in and out of. I've spun tires in the Tacoma a few times going in and out.

That's some solid longevity. Never tried a CCM before.
I always explode the shafts on sticks never seem to have issues with the blades unless if get stuck in the door or something haha . I just picked up another 2 Hd1 Warriors going to go through those and then maybe scope something else out. I have really been digging the non grip clear finish. Seems thats hard to come by now days.

I have a buddy that runs proshop out of his garage...he's a True dealer. I have tried them a few times on the ice. Aside from the curve that was a total boomerang. Stick felt pretty heavy to me and had a strange kick point.

Simple answer. If you have enough liquid assets to cover about 60% of a business loan they are pretty easy to get. Your retirement savings count. So if you get together about $150K worth of retirement investments you can go buy a business for $250K and the bank won't even blink to hand you the loan. The best part is that in Canada you can then setup your LLC or Corperation to pay you back on the loan from their accounts, which can be a business line or whatever, and suddenly you're personally liability free while the company is $250K in debt. The whole trick of the thing though is you have to have enough money flowing through the business to convince the bank to let you do something like that. That's hard to do with a business only worth $250K. @maxpower29 is probably dealing with something larger considering he has a larger base of liquid assets in the houses which he won't even have to put up to get the loan.

Long answer short, the world financial system is setup to make the rich money and to take money from the poor.

only 2 mil value right now, but its a bit different when you specialize in the fields of the company and can do the hands on work. Im no business guru, i just ask a good buddy of mine thats from the UK and he went from a small company man to now owning 3 banks. He has a pretty simple way of dealing with things and is a straight shooter. I just take what he says and apply it to my life and go from there

The UK is one of the most debt ridden countries in the world. Personal debt their is something like 4 trillion pounds and that doesn't include secured debt.

Not saying there is anything wrong with your buddy but there are tons of deals in the UK because people are always selling shit off to cover their massive debts.

Enjoy that back2back (twice is quite an accomplishment) SC win ! I mean, savor it because Pitt won't be back anytime soon.

In fact I doubt it will even be an eastern team in 2018.

    GKG MoFo !!
